We know transformation emerges from new ways of thinking and being. However, the how is less clear. Three calls for this: to love, to aliveness, to life. Two practices. One love!
Simon, I always love your writing. Today I am in tears - and it is difficult to find words - not because there aren't any, but because there are so many bubbling up from deep within me. So much I would love to talk with you about. Maybe one day. Thank you.
Did you know there's a whole school of psychotherapy - ACT, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy - that has as one of its core themes "Context" and "Content"?
The Context of all experience, for ACT, is Awareness (or Consciousness). The Content is all that lies within Awareness/Consciousness. So we could also say, as we pause and feel the sunlight, the ground under our feet, the air moving through our nostrils, "The context for all this is Consciousness."
Simply awesome, Simon <3<3<3
Thank you 🙏❣️
